ABOUT
From Coonamble to Caves Beach, Kylie Gale is chasing down her musical goals and not letting anything push her back.

Gale released her debut single Push Back in August 2019, where it reached number 3 on the Country iTunes charts and number 1 on the AMRAP regional chart. The release of this single has been the culmination of hard work since she began singing in her teenage years. She has successfully gone on to release 2 more singles, and the most recent single Upside Down released in February 2021, reaching No. 1 on AMRAP regional chart, high rotation on some radio stations and the music video being played on CMT.

Life often has a way of creating other priorities, though, and Gale became a teacher, married and raised four children, although still sang and played.

Country Music was always her chosen genre, stemming from growing up in Coonamble in regional NSW and being raised on a healthy diet of Slim Dusty, Tex Morton and other country classics.

“Dad used to play his tapes and I like all sorts of music, but I feel like country is where I sit,” Gale said.

Graduating from the 2019 CMAA Academy of Country Music senior course in Tamworth and attending the prestigious DAG Songwriters Retreat the same year, spurred the Lake Macquarie singer-songwriter on to record her Debut Single and now releasing her debut EP in July 2021.

“I’d been writing for about six years, but never thought I’d record the songs although I always wanted to, but I never had the confidence or know-how to do it,” Gale said.
“I now feel like I have more of an opportunity to talk to people and reach out through my music.”

Gale has enjoyed co-writing with other artists and improving her songwriting craft. She loves the supportive environment that Country Music family brings.
